ERNiCrMo-3 Nickel Alloy GH3625 Wire
ERNiCrCoMo-3 Ni base alloy solid welding wire for welding which has excellent cracking resistance to ductility dip cracking in weld metal, can increase the tensile strength of the weld metal to not less than the tensile strength of the base material, and has excellent weld ability. It is face-centered cubic lattice structure for use at temperature up to 1350°C (2460°F).The Nickel-Chromium alloy is characterized by excellent corrosion resistance of different kinds of media in both oxidation and reduction environments. Excellent corrosion resistanceat elevated and ambient temperatures,excellent resistance of the inorganic acid corrosion performance,excellent resistance of pitting and crevice corrosion, good machining and welding.
It is widely used in following field:
1)Marine Industries: it is used in sea-water for local mechanical stress attach.
2)Aerospace Industries.
3)Chemical Processing:the organic chemical process parts contains chloride,the digester and bleacherin the use of paper pulp and paper making industry,the equipment and parts in the use of acidic gas environments,acetic acid and anhydride reaction generator,sulfur acid cooling
4)Nuclear engineering:nuclear reactors
5)Pollution Control:Absorption tower, re-heater,gas import board, fan, blender, fair water fin, flue and so on.
